A vector quantity can be represented by a line segment. The length of the line represents the magnitude of the quantity, while the angular position of the line segment and an arrow point indicate the quantity's direction. — Векторная величина может быть представлена отрезком прямой, длина которого обозначает размер величины, а угловое положение и стрелка на конце - направление вектора.
